My mother-in-law, Shirley Morris, passed away and the family had a Celebration of Life service last Saturday. To honor the amazing person she was, I painted her portrait. The painting was displayed at the book sign-in table and after the service, I went to my father-in-law’s home and hung the painting across from her favorite chair.
