Plein Air Painting on a Sunday Morning

It was a beautiful winter day in San Francisco so it was a perfect time to plein air paint at Land’s End. The first scene was high above at the look out vantage point. Later, I hiked down the cliff’s to a rocky secluded beach. Here, I had privacy and a pristine view of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was well worth the hike with all my paint gear to have the experience of painting this landmark at beach level.
