I’ve been out in Vallejo and Napa for the last week plein air painting daily. The weather has been ideal and my goal was to not have to drive far from home. I’m preparing for a New England paint trip and find that if I complete multiple plein air pieces in preparation for the trip, I succeed more when on location for the two week paint trip.
